Not syncing with MyFitnessPal

Even after allowing access, my Charge2 will not sync steps or any activities with My Fitness Pal.  Any suggestions or tips?

I'll be happy to help you figure out what is going on.

 

It is important o mention that it is Fitbit that syncs to MFP and not the Charge 2 itself. Having said, if the information is not syncing over to MFP after you have synced to your Fitbit account then I'd recommend that you try to follow the steps listed in this help article about disconnecting the apps. Then connect them again and ti should start syncing from that point on.
