Not syncing with achievement

Can't get my fitbit and achievement to sync they quit how do i fix it

Hi, @vickifit , sorry, not something I'm familiar with. I do not see it in the list of compatible apps. Touch your icon in the top left corner of the Fitbit app home page, swipe up to Compatible Apps.

Hi, @vickifit, so far as synchronising your charge 4 is concerned you should look at How do Fitbit devices sync their data? and Why won't my Fitbit device sync? but these articles do not address your question about "Achievement"
