Only steps syncing to Humana

I am not getting my heartrate and workout points on Humana Go365. Why is it not syncing? Has Fitbit allowed them to sync to Humana? If not there are going to be a lot of people at my company switching to garmin

Human told me that Fitbit is only sending an average heartrate for the day and not the heart rate troughout the day so you cannot get points with Go365 until they change what they send to Humana.

I know this is an old topic, but I would like to see Fitbit send heart rate and calorie data to Go365.

Hello @KB9WNS I'm not sure what the Go365 is but that would be up to them, d with any third party app, Fitbit has invited them to partner up. 

I suggest that you bring this to their attention.

I just spoke with Go365.  The human chat 'bot was useless as she was reading from a canned script and was completely clueless.

FYI.  GO365 is Humana's fitness and wellness incentive program which rewards points for fitness activities.   The points can be redeemed for various items including FitBit devices, various gift cards etc.
