Orange Theory

What is the best way to log my Orange Theory Workout?? It's annoying to break it into the rower, treadmill, and weights every day and manually log it. 

Is there a workout that asks for Cal. Burned and time that i could just log it under?

Hi, @TMU! If you have a heart rate based tracker, you can just use the workout feature that most devices have. If not, something like "aerobics" would probably do it.

(I realize this is an old message, but...)

 

My Fitbit (a Charge 2) offers "Circuit training" as an exercise type. I think this would probably be the best choice for OTF.
