What is the best way to log my Orange Theory Workout?? It's annoying to break it into the rower, treadmill, and weights every day and manually log it.
Is there a workout that asks for Cal. Burned and time that i could just log it under?
Hi, @TMU! If you have a heart rate based tracker, you can just use the workout feature that most devices have. If not, something like "aerobics" would probably do it.
