PAT Study is started but it is not uploading and after some time it shows sync error

@csa54   The PAT Study is being run by Fitbit Labs.  Please re-read the information to find contact information for Fitbit Labs.  It is their app, not one available to everyone.  They need to help you troubleshoot.

I'm having the same issue.  It worked well for the first few days, but these last few days I get the sync error all the time.  I clicked on the Feedback Form at the bottom of the PAT page on the app to let them know this issue.  We'll see what I get back, and will post here.

You are asking the wrong people. Please reread your notes from fitbit labs. 

If it is not working, you need to contact them. 

I'm also moving the post to the connected apps, since this is not a Sense Hardware issue.

I have joined the PAT study and I just did the PAT scan looking it's saying "uploading 0%", staying in this for some time and then showing "Sync Error". I have tried like 5 time every time it fails to send data. Anyone else facing this issue
