Pausing run on Fitbit Surge causes issue with Strava

Hi,

If I pause my run at any point then it totally screws my run.

I paused at the end of the 1st KM and the net result was that the 2nd Kilometer data was incorrect. It also looks like it has thrown the GPS. It's as if it ignores the 2nd Kilometer.

I have seen other people say the same so clearly an issues.  It means I can't pause my run at all.
Please help with this.

I spoke to Fitbit Support yesterday and they said they'll have someone from Engineering Team review this issues. Let's give it a few weeks to see if this is getting addressed.
