Why does the peloton sync say 6 miles

on peloton Peterson transfers the mileage but there is no way 6 miles on the peloton is only 450

steps.  Anyone have this problem

Hi there @Dirasa, great to see you in the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂

I'm sorry to hear that your Peloton activity doesn't seem accurate on your Fitbit account.

Now, I'm a little confused. Every workout that is posted to Fitbit with Peloton will be logged as an exercise and will include the length of your workout, distance and calories burned, giving you a full scope of how hard you pushed. The integration does not convert any data to steps.

If you have an Alta HR, the steps you are seeing might be recorded by your tracker if the exercise you are doing is step based. Also it's possible the movement of your body and certain patterns while doing your cycling, will give you steps on your exercise but this information is from your tracker and not from Peloton.

Hope this helps. Let me know if you come across any other concern.

PS. I'm moving your post to the Third Party integrations board for categorization purposes.
