My peloton activities are no longer showing in my Fitbit app? All worked on Monday 5th Aug, but not 6th or 7th Aug?
Fitbit says its a Peloton issue and won't help. Suggest we may all need to go to another provider. Very dissapointing.

Best AnswerI want to say that it begins to work when a new week starts without a peloton workout then quits when a new workout attempts to sync for that week.
I am still new to FitBit but I had a similar issue syncing Peloton to Google Fit. What I found helped (though could take minutes) was to open the Peloton app. It's like that allowed Health Connect to sync. The HC had to move that to Fit

Best AnswerI am not saying any of this is perfect. I really was only trying to solve the fact that I worked out and Fitbit did not see it.
Health connect is a google app that I have been using for a long time to sync data. So that I how/why I used it.
Something I have yet to do d a way to do is actually directly link my Fitbit to Peloton or visa versa despite the instructions that tell me it's possible. I cannot sort out how.
In Fitbit I can get to the setting but have no icon/button/drop down to select Peloton. Same on Peloton phone app. I will try my Bike app later.

Best AnswerI spoke to Fitbit telephone support yesterday. Not particularly help but.... Before I mentioned too much about the issues I was having, the support guy said they have lots of problems with the Android app and he expects that they will "update the app soon". No timescales. So, if true, why has no-one from Fitbit come onto this forum and officially given a status?

Best AnswerThis issue has been affecting myself as well however I've managed to fix it this evening. Unfortunately I didn't go for the systematic approach so not sure if it was one or a combination which has solved it for me. Hopefully this will work for others...
In Fitbit, go to Fitbit Settings -> 'Health Connect on Today' and select 'Show data from Health Connect'
Fitbit Settings ->Manage Access to account -> Manage connected apps -> Revoke Peloton Access
In Health Connect -> Fitbit toggle 'Allow all' to off, same with Fit and Peloton. Then go back in and toggle them all back to 'Allow all'.
I then went on the Peloton bike, completed a ride and at the end tried sharing to Fitbit which failed. Went in to the peloton settings on my bike and reconnected, went back in to the exercise history, selected the ride and then shared to Fitbit. I then did a strength work out and it uploaded straight to Fitbit.
So it is definitely fitbit. I was able to go into the data and it shows every workout from peloton in the Fitbit app. However in the dashboard it doesn't show any workouts at all. It's s simple coding error that is displaying the information it has. The calories burned are accounted for it's just annoying it isn't tracking a good streak on the dashboard.
I even downloaded Google fit as a test. It transferred the exact data from peloton and Fitbit into Google fit going back at least a week. Every workout and calorie matched Fitbit app. It's just the app isn't displaying correctly.
To see the correct recorded data from all workouts click on the YOU button at the bottom right. Click on health connect button under records. Scroll down and click exercise. It will show you all your Peloton workouts and prove this is a Fitbit problem.
It is tracking your calories burned and workouts it's just not displaying them in the dashboard.
And to make matters worse, it's only the Android app that has this problem. The iOS Fitbit app shows Peloton workouts correctly. Kinda ironic that the Fitbit app, owned by Google, doesn't work on the Google owned Operating System, but is fine on the Apple Operating System.........
Same issue here. As well, if I log the workout through Fitbit Exercise app, it also doesn't show up, so it's a double whammy.
