After the update today I can see the heart rate and calories burned (on the main screen) and that I hit my Zone minutes but in the Exercise Days my actual Peloton workouts aren't listed. I can see workouts earlier in the week but not today's. I've checked and the Peloton App is sending them because they show up in Fit but not Fit Bit.
After signing out, force stopping the app, and then signing in and syncing I've now lost workout days/activity completely; it's just a grey box.
I uninstalled, restarted my phone, went through the setup process again with the app and still have the same issue.
Hello @Mikeiam
I'm seeing other Charge 5 & 6 users reporting a similar issue with their completed workouts disappearing from their Fitbit app. However, no one has mentioned that they see blank/grey boxes in their Exercise section. Thank you for sharing your screenshot.
I'm going to see about escalating this issue and will report back if I get an update.

Hello @Mikeiam
Are you still having issues with your Exercise tile and completed workouts?
Other users who reported issues with their workouts are now reporting back that they can see their data again.

Best AnswerHello @Mikeiam
Thank you for letting us know the problem is resolved for you.
Just to let you know, some users have reported that their exercise data appeared, then disappeared again.
I suspect there's an issue on the back end/server side. If your data disappears again, it's likely that the team is still working on the problem. It could take another day or so before everything is fixed for everyone.

Hi @Mikeiam
I looked at the Fitbit Status Dashboard website and saw that there was an issue with the Web API starting around the beginning of September. This impacts data syncing. The current status is still showing the Web API issue as of today, 06 Sep 2024. So, they must still be working on fixing the problem.
Please be patient. I'll keep checking the status daily. Hopefully, it won't be too much longer before it's fixed and we see all our exercise data again.

Best AnswerHello @Seokten
There's a problem on the Fitbit side that is affecting many of us. At this point, there's nothing that you need to do other than be patient until they fix the problem.

Hello @Seokten
Believe me, I totally understand. I'm also having problems with my exercise data and it is as frustrating for me as it is for you.
But at least we know where the problem is and it's not on our side.

Ive read through this thread, today is 9/9/24 and I too am still experiencing this same issue. I can see my Activity zone minutes, Readiness Score, Steps, Distance, Energy Burned etc but my Excercise Days is just a greyed out box like Mikeiam shared. I made sure that my Peleton app is synced with my Fitbit app, made sure that I "shared" my workout with Fitbit, attempted to run a manual Sync of my Fitbit Dashboard and nothing. I understand we are all to be patient, but how frustrating. This is now 6 days after Mike's original post, do we have an ETA on a fix?
Hello @Jolee206
I haven't seen an ETA on fix. Considering how many reports of this issue that I've seen, I'm pretty sure that the team is working on the fix.

I am seeing the same thing, a gray blank where my activities would show from both fitbit and peloton. Restarted my verse 2, uninstall fitbit app, restarted phone multiple times
I still am having the issue. Or did I miss how to fix it?
There is no fix at this time, I spoke with customer service and all they shared was that it is a known issue and they are working towards a resolution. There is no ETA at this time.
