My fitbit points of yesterday is not reflected on my Vitality Statement and also no acknowledgement received from fitbit. I need my points reflected! I achieved a very high score and do not want to lose out on my points!

Hi, @Nerversaydie! Thanks for the updates. Can you try to revoke the access from your Fitbit account and link them again?
Keep in mind that this can only be done using the online dashboard on a computer or a browser on a mobile device and not from the App.
This should get you back on track, let me know!

Hello there, @Nerversaydie! Nice to see you here. Hmmm...so it is probably not reflecting on your Vitality Statement because the information has not synced on your Fitbit dashboard either. Is this correct?
Have you been syncing your tracker lately? If you are using the App, please try to log out and back in and then start syncing.
Please provide me as much details of the situation as you can so I can see a better picture and further assist.

When I go into my Vitality Profile online it tells me that it has syncked Vitality with my tracker and gives me the time and date, which is up to date. However, my workouts are not reflecting on my Vitality profile. the last it reflected on Vitality was on the 6th June 2017.

i already revoked. still didn't count my points
