Just got my Fitbit Charge. I linked in my myfitnespal account with no problem. But, when I attempted to link my Withings account Fitbi says invalid user ID and password. I double checked that I had the Withings user ID and password correct, it is, there seems to be some sort of an issue.
Am I doing something wrong? Or, is there some sort of outage?
Best AnswerIs it broken again? I'm getting that error message right now:
Best AnswerFor those of you still having this issue, AndrewFitbit and I were both able to successfully work around this by linking our fitbit accounts with a blank/empty withings account (one that does not have a scale yet associated with it).
There are more details in this thread:

Once the "fresh" account is linked, you can add your devices and profiles, and they will link fine to other fitbit accounts successfully, as well as sync data successfully.

Best AnswerI'm still able to use the workaround:
Best AnswerFor what it's worth, linking accounts seems to work fine for me now (regardless of whether the account is new or not) - however data from my Withings scale is no longer syncing with Fitbit.
Data from my scale *IS* syncing with MyFitnessPal, however - but Fitbit's side appears to be broken yet again.
Best AnswerMy Withings scale is no longer syncing info Fitbit. Stopped working 4 days ago. Data is going to Withings, but not to Fitbit. Association still there, intact. I've tried unlinking, and re-linking. Please fix this, Fitbit!
Best AnswerI'm having the same problem. And yes it started about 4 days ago. Withings support website claims that the issue was fixed about a day ago and if needed you just needed to unlink and re-link the two accounts together. Well I did that yesterday and it's still broken. Maybe I should just buy an Aria
