Problem Connecting Withings Scale

Just got my Fitbit Charge.    I linked in my myfitnespal account with no problem.   But, when I attempted to link my Withings account Fitbi says invalid user ID and password.     I double checked that I had the Withings user ID and password correct,  it is, there seems to be some sort of an issue.

Am I doing something wrong?   Or, is there some sort of outage?

I am also having exactly the same problem. Can someone please give some advice?

I have emailed both companys so with a little luck we should have an aswer soon. Anyway its good to know I am not the only one.

Its now showing the below. 

"Oops! An unexpected error occurred. If it continues please report it at help.fitbit.com."

I am getting a similar error..  I was able to link my Withings profile to my Fitbit profile a week or two ago.  I just tried my wife's a couple days ago and it does not seem to cooperate.

Its good to lnow it worked 2 weeks ago. They need to fix this.

Honestly they should just make a scale that connects to your phone via blutooth. What a stupid desision to make the fitbit Aria scale ONLY conect via Wi-Fi. The only reason I got the Withings one was so I could sync it with my Fitbit app!!!

I just got this responce (see below). Absolutly no use as they have just told me to do exactly what I have already done. Lets hope they get their act togethrer or I am taking my scale back for a refund.

I just tried this as well - still get an error message that says either the user ID or password are wrong or the user does not allow the connection.

Unable to authenticate Withings user. Withings server returned the following error: The userid and publickey do not match, or the user does not share its data.

I called support today and after 30 min they said to try to log in and do it in a few hours.

I just tried again as well - DOES NOT WORK! Is Fitbit on top of this or not?!I just bought the Surge - am planning on returning it if this does not get fixed soon. Very disappointed!

Why do they not have someone from fitbit commenting on things in this forum!! The support is appauling. 

All the emails to is send you a canned responce. All twitter do is say contact support!!
