Hi - I have been using my Fitbit Charge HR since September, when I purchased it as a reward for how well I was doing with Weight Watcher. The Charge HR has been working just fine for me, and continues to work well. However, since Weight Watcher switched over to their new SmartPoints system last week, I have noticed something strange, and wondered if others have had the same issue. When I synch my Fitbit via the dongle and program on my computer, instead of gettin g the message that the synch had been successful and Fitbit asking me if I want to go to my dashboard, I get an error message - "An unknown error has occurred!" in both large blue font, and smaller black font. I am still able to go into www.fitbit.com and sign into my dashboard, and from there, it looks like things synched up without problem. I am wondering, though, why the error message appears? I am assuming that it is some issue on Wegith Watcher's end, as far as integrating with Fitbit under their new software. Has anyone else had this happen with their Charge HR?
Thank you - I really do love my Fitbit!

One other question - does anyone know how the Fitbit is being used to calculate Weight Watcher FitPoints? They seem to be much higher with Weight Watcher's new plan than they were with the old plan. I wondered if someone who works for Fitbit had any idea about what is the new algorithm for caculating FitPoints.
Thanks again!

Weight Watchers used to assume we all move a certain amount and didn't start counting activity points until you reached, say, 5000 steps. Now they start from 0
