Question about calorie adjustments.

So I have my Fitbit connected to my MFP account, like many of you I'm sure.  About a week ago I started noticing my calorie adjustment per day went from a few hundred to huge negative numbers.  What I noticed was that Fitbit's calorie adjustment was up to 800 calories lower than it had been previously.  I always thought the adjustment was a little generous, but now it's -450 or so a day.  I'm fine with whatever is right, but I was wondering if there was any news on if there was a change in the way the calorie adjustment was being made or if how active minutes are being calculated.

I just want to have as accurate a view of things as possible.

Welcome to the Forums @Kajillion.

Thanks for bringing this up.

I'd like to mention that the adjustment comes from MFP directly and thus it could be related to the way the information is being read or synced between the two apps. At this moment there haven't been any changes on the way Fitbit calculates and tracks data so I'd say that it is not related to that.

Feel free to let me know if you have any further questions.
