Hello, I recently left my current companies health insurance and I want to remove the Motion app from my fitbit. No matter what I've tried it will not go away. We removed the iPhone app, we disconnected it's access, we reset and rebooted, but the app won't go away. Any ideas?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @pepsijunky. Thank you for sharig your Motion App removal inquiry and for mentioning the steps you have followed in order to remove it.

 

You can check on your Online Dashboard  the apps that are linked to your Fitbit. Where do you want to remove the app from? Could you please send a sceenshot to further assist you?
