Renpho not transmitting Weight Data to Fitbit

Hello,

 

Fitbit is not receiving weight data from Renpho.  I have an Android phone and both apps are installed on the phone.

 

In Renpho the link is activated.  I cannot find the reverse in Fitbit.

 

Thank you for any help to solve this.

Thanks for bringing this up.

 

Let's try disconnecting the two apps and then connect them again. You can click here to find steps on how to do that. After that give it another try and to see if the information starts syncing correctly.

 

Keep me posted on how it goes or if there are any other questions.

I have tried all of the above and it Renpho is still not syncing with Fitbit.  I have the renpho scale and tape measure.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @tmaure.

 

If you revoked access between Fitbit and Renpho, and reconnected them without luck, I would recommend contacting their customer support. They should let you know how to proceed.
