Renpho scale syncing but changes weight from lb. to kg.

Renpho scale syncs with Fitbit, but now my weight is in kg not lb. When I change my settings in Fitbit back to lb, then it quits syncing

@nancy0614 A warm welcome to the Community. Sorry for the delayed reply. 

 

Thanks for the troubleshooting tried prior to posting. Fitbit doesn't own or maintain third-party integrations. It's up to the owner of the third-party app to implement or update features for their app. I highly recommend to contact Renpho scale directly, they will continue assisting you.
