Revoke Access for Lose It! App does not work on Fitbit Dashboard

The Lose it! app nutritional information is not syncing to my Fitbit app so I'm trying to revoke access and re-add the application as mentioned in other Fitbit forum solutions. However, when I try to revoke access to the Lose it! app on my Fitbit dashboard, either nothing happens or the following error occurs: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1gpYeqFk_tpmLoMvD1gfWNM5Kui8HrMuP/view?usp=sharing

I have already disconnected Fitbit from the Lose it! app through the Apps & Devices tab in settings.

I am using an iPhone X with iOS 12.3.1

I am unable to remove an old wellness vendor's integration, either -- I can click revoke access on this site, and the entry disappears, but upon refresh/revisit the entry re-appears in the list of Applications.

I am having the same issue with trying to revoke MFP and Carrot Rewards. I refresh the page and they are back again...

Nice to see fitbit support helping resolve this issue....smh
