Runkeeper doesn't take workout pausing into account

Hi,

I synchronize my Fitbit runs to Runkeeper. This works good, the only thing is that for example when I go out running for 30 minutes, pauze 5 minutes and then run another minutes, these 5 minutes are seen as activity time in Runkeeper.

Therefore your average speed and time per kilometer is not correct in Runkeeper.

Is there a way to fix this?

I googled RunKeeper and found this support page for them. They developed the app so hopefully they can help you.

Welcome to the Forums @07Jeroen. Hello @SunsetRunner.

@SunsetRunner Thanks for being around to help. @07Jeroen Thanks for sharing those details on the matter.

@07Jeroen In this case I'd like to recommend that you do get in touch with Runkeeper directly like @SunsetRunner mentioned. To add to that, I'd like to mention that it is regularly the third-parties that manage and develop the integrations and thus they should be able to look into why the pausing is not being considered.

Let me know if there are any other questions on the matter.
