Spark Hydrate Integration

Hello all,

I use the Spark Hydrate BT water bottle. It is connected to the Fitbit dashboard and I can see my water consumption. The problem is that it's not filtering to the Android app. The water consumption tile never updates. Has anyone seen this problem? I can reproduce this each and every day.

Thanks,

Steve

Hello @SteveFP.

Thanks for bringing this up and sharing your experience with this.

In this case I'd like to recommend that you try disconnecting the app and then reconnecting them. You can click here to find the steps on how to do it. That should help so that everything starts working correctly between the two apps.

Please keep me posted on how it goes or if there are any other questions on the matter.

Thanks for responding...I am now able to get  it synced correctly. The new issue is that the prior days consumption does not show on the Android app. I can go back a day or two on the dashboard and the stats are there but not on the Android app. It goes back to 0.

Hello @SteveFP.

Thanks for bringing this up.

It is important to mention that if the information was not syncing between the two, once they do sync it won't do so retroactively. This would explain why the details that didn't cross over are no longer showing up.

This is generally the way these integrations are set up by the third parties themselves, given that they are the ones that manage and develop the integrations. Perhaps you could get in touch with Spark Hydrate directly about this.

I hope this clarifies the situation. Please let me know if there are any other questions I can help you with.
