I started using my Fitbit Flex last week and I absolutely love it! That being said, I'm wondering if it is at all compatible with Strava. I understand that Fitbit does not track cycling steps, however I'm looking for some sort of automatic way to sync my workouts. I'm also wondering if there is integration from my iPod Nano's Nike+ information to my Fitbit. Thank you in advance for your help!

Hi I cycle to and from work 3 to 4 days per week to and from work, is there an app or something that can pair with my flex to give me accurate data?? One way is around 12.5 kms and on the way to work I have a few hills to contend with. My flex is showing my active minutes via steps however it is not acurate on the stress and activity my body uses going to and from work.

Not sure of an app that does this automatically but you could always manually log your rides to get accurate data:

@natashamjyoung I use the Endomondo app to track my bike rides. It is free and you can connect it to your Fitbit account and the data will transfer over. Calorie burn will be just an estimate unless you wear a heart rate monitor (I use a Polar H7) and buy the Premium version of the app. The heart rate data will not sync over, but the calorie burn will be more accurate. You can read more here.
