I am seeking "biohacking" software which works with Fitbit so I can add extra data, e.g. blood pressure, to improve my understanding of my body state and my journey toward better fitness

Charge HR->Charge 2->Ionic->Versa 2->Sense

Any company can access fitbits API and your data. It really doesnt require a hack.
