Singapore Specific: Healthy 365 not syncing sleep data

Hi there,

I just got a new Versa 4 and have been trying to sync my sleep data to the Healthy 365 app. The sleep data is there in the fitbit app and i’ve allowed Healthy365 access to sleep, steps and everything. Why isn’t it syncing? I’ve tried revoking access and reconnecting again but it doesn’t work. 

Please advise thank you!
