Hey,

How come sometimes my 10000+ steps equate to around 800 cals on myfitnesspal and sometimes it's only around 200cals? I'm not sure what I do differently to warrant different results?

Allow me to help you @Catchowdhary87! The calorie adjustment will be made based in the information that you have in both accounts. Check this post to learn more about the calorie adjustment that's going to be made in MyFitnessPal.
