My Fitbit has stopped syncing with my home scale. I use a brand/app Yolanda and although I deleted the app and reset everything fitbit hasn’t recognized new weight entries in weeks.
Many restart suggestions from the Fitbit end?

Hey @AESA17, let me give you a warm welcome to the Community! Let me tell you that the app Yolanda, isn't compatible with Fitbit so even though I appreciate the steps you tried to connect it, as long as it isn't compatible, is not gonna work. Now let me ask you this, you mentioned that it stopped working with your home scale, so, what is the scale that you have? I'm asking because currently, the only scale that syncs with us is the Nokia withing.
There are tons of apps that use our Open API to integrate their service with ours. The best way to tell if an app is compatible with Fitbit is to go to the third party site (or app) and poke around their settings to see if you can connect Fitbit. You can also browse their site for information or contact the app owner and ask if they integrate with Fitbit.
You can take a look at this link to see the app that Fitbit works with. In addition, I'd like to suggest you to go to our Feature Suggestions board and request this app to be compatible, so our team can take a look and maybe take it into consideration in the future. 😉

How are you @AESA17? Thanks for the clarification my friend. If the app Yolanda used to be working fine with your Fitbit account, then I suggest you to try the following:
- Make sure that both apps are updated
- Try unlinking/re-linking the Yolanda app
If the issue persists, then please get in touch with Yolanda app directly.

is there any news on this issue, i have the same problem, except that i have the ionic new and yolanda not synching with fitbit

Hey @SunsetRunner, welcome aboard! We don't have any update yet, but in the meantime, as I preciously mentioned my friend, I'd like you to take a look at the following:
- Make sure that you have the latest version of the Fitbit and the Yolanda app
- Try to un-link/re-link the Yolanda app on your Fitbit account.
Get in touch directly with Yolanda app to get further assistance.

my new question is if there is a possibility to store your statistic
settings, exsample for biking. I always have to set it up again (upper row
actual time for exsample) what i would see on my watch. when i start a
training again it is like reseted.

Hi I had the same problem and found that Apple's Health app had also got access (I don't know how) to my Yolanda data. I switched off access from apple health and my Yolanda resumed connecting to fitbit. Hope this works for you.
