Hi!
I have experienced the following three times now. It seems the data automatically imported to Strava from my Fitbit Sense 2 is incomplete. Below are screenshots of the same activity from the Fitbit app and the Strava app. As can be seen, the GPS data seem to be cut-off after a short while in Strava. Last time I experienced this I could fix it by manually exporting the GPS data from Fitbit and manually importing it into Strava. It seems the three times this has happened was when I started a new activity shortly after ending another one. Not sure if this is related. Has anyone experienced something similar? Is there a way to fix it? It is quite impractical to have to manually verify and fix such cases. Thanks!
Same problem here, syncing no longer works. Disconnecting/reconnecting now gives a 500 error.
Please fix this.
Best AnswerI gave up on this (and Fitbit) and made the switch to Garmin. I went out and bought a Forerunner 265 and could not be happier.
Best AnswerIt failed me again yesterday. FIX IT FitBit! I am so frustrated with the number of times I have had to develop work-arounds to fix problems I encounter with my fitbit. It is crazy how often things that once worked stop working.
Also, completely unimpressed with the response from moderators.
Best AnswerSame issue. Searched web for 30min and only found a ton of people with the same issue and no practical solution other than deleting and reuploading the exercise file from the FitBit after every activity, which is not an acceptable solution for something that claims to be compatible with this service, to be fair. Where is the support?
Best AnswerIt keeps happening on my activities. All runs and bike rides are incomplete on Strava when they come From Fitbit but no issues when come from Garmin.
Best AnswerThis is happening to me too. First 2 segments show only when there should be several. It doesn't happen every time but it's happening enough for it to be very frustrating. Last time was this morning's cycle to work.
