Strava Sync with HR

hi!

recently got a charge 2.  want to pair it with a running app that has heart rate compatibility.  strava looks good but the heart rate wont sync.  i linked both accounts.  read some other posts and tried to reset the phone, the fitbit, forget device, update firmware, et al. 

so if anyone has any idea how to get strava to recognize the fitbit as a heart rate monitor that would be great. thanks!

@dsicil You have to use Connected GPS on Charge 2 if you want your HR data to transfer over to Strava. You can't use Charge 2 directly in Strava as an HR monitor.
