So my fitbit account shows strava has access allowed, my strava account shows fitbit has access, my versa lite fitbit (on my mobile fitbit app) shows as logged in and authorised. But the on the strava app (on my versa lite) it says “link account, go to strava settings on your fitbit mobile app.
I have also recorded a run on my fitbit versa lite (using the fitbit exercise setting) which has not uploaded across to my strava profile.
any help? Only got the versa lite yesterday

@Wodders A warm welcome to the Community. Thanks for sharing what you're experiencing with the Strava app on your watch.
I appreciate the troubleshooting tried prior to posting. I would like you to try the following:
- Verify that your app is setup correctly
- After linking your accounts through the app gallery, sync your Versa Lite
- If your watch is still showing go to the app and link, restart it and try again
- Leave the Fitbit app running in the background of the phone for the app to receive updates
