Had the same issue, my recent runs didn't sync from fitbit to Strava.
Tried the revoke and reconnect method and got the 500 server error (but they say they're connected now anyway, despite the error) and those last two runs are still not showing in Strava.
Any ides?
Best AnswerSame issue here. I had to manually download the file from FitBit and upload to Strava. Hopefully FitBit will fix the integration soon.
{"statusCode":500,"error":"Internal Server Error","message":"An internal server error occurred"}Revoked access from both Strava and FitBit and after trying to connect and getting the error above, the FitBit integration does show up in Strava, but not the other way around.
Best AnswerI'm having the same problem today, Surge to Strava is not working on either my phone (iPhone SE) or my online profile 😞 Worked fine yesterday
Best AnswerGetting exactly the same error code here.
Logged in ok to Strava and logged in ok to FitBit.
{"statusCode":500,"error":"Internal Server Error","message":"An internal server error occurred"}Was syncing fine, but only realised today it had stopped.
Best AnswerIt had been a little sluggish/delayed for the past couple days. But that seems to happen regularly. My ride last night synced. My ride this morning still has not (and sadly, probably won't...the last time this happened, even after they fixed it, previous rides prior to the error didn't sync).
I posted it here, along with the error, as it seemed to help the last time this occurred.
Best AnswerWell @celiawheelia, you are correct when you say your Blaze will not link to Stava. You Blaze like all Fi5bit products l8nk to your Fi5bit account.
For information on how to link up your Fitbit account with your Strava account, see this post. You might also wamt to read the i formation found here, there are several links that are invaluable .

Best AnswerTrying to (re(connect my Fitbit to Strava
The link https://strava.fitbit.com/ is currently giving an internal error:
{"statusCode":500,"error":"Internal Server Error","message":"An internal server error occurred"}
I'm having the same issues as everyone else on here. I have tried to reinstate the fitbit>strava link and I get the same error message. Grrrrrrrr
Best AnswerThis Is very annoying. I have reported it to fitbit directly. They are "looking into it"

Best AnswerHave done numerous things and it's been very annoying. Have followed all fitbits advice and after much communication they have agreed to look into it. So let's see. I have had the strava map for ages and it has worked fine until today
Best AnswerAll the fitbit link to Strava does is send you to your strava account. Why not justblog in at https://www.strava.com/login, then click on the connect buttun to connect to fitbit.
Best AnswerIt sends my full run data to my strava account, maps, mile times etc. I was happy with how it worked, managing the two singly via my fitbit.
Best AnswerI didn't realize this thread was revived.
I posted about it this morning in a new thread.

Hi Everyone,
I've merged two threads together. There was an issue yesterday with workouts syncing from Strava to Fitbit that has since been resolved. Thank you for your patience and for taking the time to report this.
Your workouts that failed to sync over from Starva to Fitbit yesterday should be queued up and sync over when syncing today. However, there might be a chance some workouts might not sync over. If it's a GPS activity you can manually upload it to Strava.
