Got an Inspire3 for Christmas and walks and maps transferring to my Strava, until last Sunday. Ever since even though maps and activities show in Fitbit app but don’t go to Strava.
I’ve removed and removed and replaced installed, followed all instructions and still nothing
Help!

Thanks for the update - I’d be really interested to know what they come up with.

Please help. I have literally tried everything and I have phoned Fitbit.
My Versa 3 won’t transfer my data to Strava (when it used to). I am using an iPhone 14 pro.
My versa 3 is connected to my phone and Bluetooth etc is on. GPS is on, location set to Always and I am not syncing it in more than 1 place. The GPS also states connected and shows in fitbit. I have connect the apps via the appropriate channels and both fitbit and Strava show I have given all permissions for each app to share data.
To attempt to rectify my data not automatically going over to Strava i have tried the following multiple times:
- revoked access
- logged in and out on apps
- reconnected Bluetooth after clicking “share systems notifications” and re adding the device
- completed a master reset on fitbit phone
- shut the Fitbit off and restarted it etc
- rechecked all gps settings/ permissions etc
I am considering leaving fitbit and getting another device as I need to use Strava alongside my versa 3 tracker.
Has anyone got any advice?
Thanks in advance.
Kelly

I’ve tried everything including deleting and reinstalling apps and even set my Fitbit up as a new device with another account and still it didn’t work
I got response by contacting then via Twitter and sending a private message. If enough people do the same we may get somewhere

Same here - Twitter & multiple online chats & phone calls. It’s so poor.

So now I get this from Fitbit
Sorry to hear about this. Strava is a third-party app, and there may be limitations in terms of the troubleshooting Fitbit can provide and access to other apps. If the issue still persists, I suggest that you contact the customer support of Strava to take a look into this. I suggest that you can try again to disconnect and reconnect your Strava and Fitbit account (http://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1742.htm?Highlight=Revoke.). After that, please test the syncing process again.
I take it everyone else is still getting same problem ?

Strava just not available on my Fitbit or Sense gallery anymore, seems it has been quietly removed. I explained this is not what I was sold when I bought my Sense but no reaction. I've been with Fitbit for 6 yrs but won't continue unless this gets resolved.
I was told this about a month ago.....

@MandyJaneT it is unrelated to the problem. Strava app for a watch has been discontinued years ago (before Sense) and users are aware of that. The link between Strava and Fitbit accounts is a different thing. Unfortunately, customer support has no idea about Fitbit so usually pastes random answers that in their mind fits best. The Strava app was only a viewer and didn't play any role in sycing. The syncing to Strava is a different thing and unrelated to the discontinued watch app.

Thanks for your reply, maybe the app was before my Sense - I have had about 4 Fitbits over time and only had Strava for about 2 years, Sense about 18 months, never had a syncing issue with GPs exercises so maybe didn't notice the missing app. Despite following every bit of advice I can find and have been given during several lengthy contacts to Fitbit and Strava, Uninstall apps , reinstall apps , revoke access, reinstate access etc etc - nothing has worked. All the same as @kelphilbulldogs & @MarkFizz . It's reassuring to know it's not just me but doesn't resolve the issue. Very frustrating.

I have all the problems listed here for 6 months or more, tried revoking and re allowing access numerous times but only option is the dreaded tcx file transfer, nothing else I have tried actually worksbut it seems fitbit is no longer pushing to strava.
I have now come to the conclusion when this fitbit finally dies its apple watch time which is a shame as the fitbits i have had have been invaluble up until now

@MarkFizz it seems different people have different experiences about when sync stopped working for them. For others, it never stopped working (including me, my activities sync to Strava instantly). It would probably take Pixel Watch users massively experiencing the same issue so Google would nudge Fitbit to fix it.
