Hi,  recently bought a Fitbit Ionic because I want to sync it with strava . It is my understanding that once I’ve authorised and linked the Fitbit and strava if I do exercise with Fitbit this will automatically upload to strava.  Been trying for 2 days now with no success. Nothing loads to strava and when I click on my strava app on Fitbit all I get is a message saying - no recent activity, record a run to see a list of recorded activities here???? Please help

Are you recording your Run, walk, hike, or bike ride with the GPS enabled and get the resulting map?
