Sunlighten Sauna Sync

I purchased my Fit Bit Versa as it showed compatibility with my Sunlighten Mpulse Sauna.... I continually receive a message that FITBIT is down for maintenance (3 months and still can’t sync)— anyone else know about this? I cannot find a way to contact FitBit?

Hi @MelissaQueenBee - Is it that

  • Your Versa will not sync to the Fitbit app on your phone? If this is the issue, you can contact Fitbit Support.
  • If the problem is that you cannot get your Versa to connect to the Sunlighten Mpulse Sauna, you will have to contact their customer support with your questions.
