Every time I try to add my MFP to my fitbit, I get the whole 'sorry only one account at a time' thing. I've tried revoking access and pairing it again, multiple times, and I've waited and then tried it again, but I just get the same problem.

Hello @wintersoldier, I know what you mean I have this issue too when I was testing MFP and it can be frustrating at times. I really hope this issue has been sorted out but if still persist lets do the following: I had to use a computer for this just to keep in mind.
Open your MFP account and go to Apps
Right at one side you will see your connected apps so it should be here the Fitbit App
Click on it and another screen will show you the option to disconnect the app
Once you have done this go back to your Fitbit account and enter on your application settings.
Here you'll see the MFP if everything goes as it happen to me back then. Despite you have revoke the access, you need to do this from both sides; so lets revoke the access here too.
When you have finished you should be able to link your accounts again whit no further issues.
