Swim tag

Hi I go swimming once a week and wear a swim tag I have the swim tag app and I have linked my fit bit 

but on my fit bit app I can't dint my swim tag results 

I checked the swim tag app and it says it will auto share the date with fit bit 

anyone had this problem before 

as having to create the activity manually

Does fitbit say the apps are connected https://www.fitbit.com/user/profile/apps

Have you contacted swimtag? They are the ones that handle the interface

@Paulanye thanks for joining us in the forums! Have you contacted Swim Tag about it, just like @Rich_Laue suggested? Also, you might want to check out the Fitbit compatible apps here. In the meanwhile you can definitely log your swims manually, by going to your Activities Log.
