Wondering if anyone can shine some light on this one. My Fitbit and MyFitnessPal are not syncing exercise sessions carried out. It DOES however, pick up my steps so I know the two are talking, as such.
Has anyone had this issue before and know how to fix it?
I have the Inspire HR and Samsung Galaxy S10+ in case that makes a difference?

Hi @charlq2701! Please receive a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community! Thank you for sharing this helpful information about the current syncing issues with both applications on your Samsung Galaxy S10+ .
I'd recommend re-linking the two accounts by doing the following:
1. Sign into your Fitbit dashboard.
2. Click the gear icon in the upper right corner and select "Settings" from the drop-down menu.
3. On the left side of your screen click "Applications."
4. Under MyFitnessPal, click "Revoke Access."
5. You can then re-link the two accounts by going to http://www.fitbit.com/apps/myfitnesspal.
By the way, I've moved your post to our Third-Party Integrations board to have the Forums organized.
I hope this helps, let me know the outcome.
