Hello Community,

I connected my Fitbit to Strava last week.
Matching the new data works.
How do i transfer the data from before,
almost all of my data.

Many Thanks

Timo

Hi, @SunsetRunner! Unfortunately, there's no easy way to transfer those data.

You could download each exercise file manually as a tcx file and
manually upload them to Strava (I'm assuming this works, since I do
something similar with a non-compatible app).

Hello @MakMak and @SunsetRunner.

Thanks for being around to help @MakMak.

@SunsetRunner As @MakMak mentioned, it is not possible to sync past activities but you can manually export data from Fitbit and upload it to Strava. You can click here to see how to download the data from Fitbit and click here to see how to upload that information to Strava.

Hope this helps out! Let me know if there are any further questions.

Sorry to bump a really old thread, but there's this tool online that lets you sync your older Fitbit data with Strava:

https://www.fitnesssyncer.com/

You have to authorize it to add Fitbit as a "source" and Strava as a "destination", then sync Fitbit, and lastly sync Strava.  Seems to work.

Hi,

if you want to upload past data from the Charge HR in Strava you can try to use the web app fittostrava.com both desktop or mobile side.
