@SunsetRunner As @MakMak mentioned, it is not possible to sync past activities but you can manually export data from Fitbit and upload it to Strava. You can click here to see how to download the data from Fitbit and click here to see how to upload that information to Strava.

Sorry to bump a really old thread, but there's this tool online that lets you sync your older Fitbit data with Strava:

You have to authorize it to add Fitbit as a "source" and Strava as a "destination", then sync Fitbit, and lastly sync Strava. Seems to work.
The app works great for non-GPS activities , so far everything is correct. Thanks a lot and keep up the great effort. Definitely what I have been looking for
