I currently use MyFitnessPal to track my food intake. I would like to sync my gps data from my Fitbit Surge to MyFitnessPal automatically. I was able to sync the two programs but it appears in order to add my gps data into MyFitnessPal I need to open up the Fitbit program and download the data first or add it into Myfitnesspal manually. Is there a way to set up fitbit to automatically export the data into MyFitnessPal without me manually exporting the data? I was using Runtastic to track my GPS data and it automatically exports the data to MyFitnessPal once I have completed my activity, there is no manual entry required. I would like the ability to export my GPS data the same way I can export my Runtastic GPS data into MyFitness Pal

Hi @cshewchu
Have moved this thread from the Share Your Story to the Third-Party Integrations section to increase the chance of getting a solution.
Your post will get more attention here.

@SunsetRunner Thanks for your input.
@cshewchu A warm welcome to the Community! Third party apps will sync different features to Fitbit. In this case MyFitnessPal will sync steps and calories to MFP and MFP will link food and activities to Fitbit.
If you want your GPS data to be logged in MFP the only way to do it is to download it and log it into your Dashboard.
You may want to post your suggestion in our Ideas Board because those suggestions are viewed by our engineers and developers and the best of this is that people can vote for them.
Hope this helps.
