Syncing activities to Strava

Just got versa been for a run had my iPhone with me but didn’t record it on strava. Can’t get run onto strava now,should I of recorded it on strava for it to show?

Let me help you get this situation resolved! 

 

It depends on what type of activity was logged. For example, if you tracked an activity with your Fitbit but it was not a GPS activity it will not sync over to Strava. On the opposite side, all activities tracked by Strava should sync over to Fitbit but they will not include GPS data when they cross over.
