Since 10/09/17 my Fitbit Charge 2 hasn't synced my steps with Go365. I checked with them and they told me to disconnect my fitbit and reconnect it. I did that but it still is not syncing my steps. I need some help.

Hello @MT21, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community! I'm wondering if your tracker is syncing correctly with your Fitbit account?
There are many third party apps that are able to connect with Fitbit, but not all are officially supported by us. In the case of Go 365 does not figure among the supported apps and in this case we do not have access to their data.
The best recommendation in these scenarios, is like you were informed already. Revoke the access of Go 365 from your Fitbit Application settings and try again to connect your accounts to reset the integration. If this is not working please reach out the support of Go 3565 one more time to let them know is not working.
