My steps from FitBit are not syncing to HealthyWage. I got a new device, but they stopped syncing long before that. Please help.

@Domino11 A warm welcome to our Fitbit Community! It's weird that your Fitbit Alta has stopped syncing with HealthyWage. I recommend revoking access from your Fitbit Dashboard and then re-link both accounts again. I'm pretty confident this will get this issue sorted out.

Best AnswerI'm having the same problem. Healthy Wage connects with my Health (Apple) app, no problem. But I'd rather connect to my Fitbit Inspire. When I attempt, the message I get says: "Safari cannot open the page because the address is invalid." I deleted and reinstalled both the Healthy Wage and Fitbit apps, but still got the same message.

@Karen-G Thanks for sharing those details. In this case, I'd like to recommend that you try get in touch with Healthy Wage directly. Most of these integrations are developed and managed by the third parties themselves. They should be able to take a closer look at what is going on.
