Syncing

I am trying to link my Fitbit Charge HR with my Lifetime Fitness account and when I link it from my Lifetime account it says I was successful but then every time it tries to sync information it tells me that it has failed and to contact Fitbit. Anyone know what's up?

Moved this thread from the Charge HR to the Third-Party Integrations section to increase the chance of getting a solution.
