I have linked Nutracheck with my Versa 4.  The steps from my Fitbit pull through to Nutracheck but the calories logged in Nutracheck don't show in the Fitbit app.  Does anyone know if this is possible please?

Hi there @Redjut. Welcome to Community Forums. @LZeeW thanks for the help.

I appreciate you contacting the Community for more information. Your Fitbit device will share information with Nutracheck but no information is shared from Nutracheck to Fitbit. That information can be logged in manually, to do so check this article, How do I log health information in  the Fitbit app? and also How do I connect my Fitbit account with another app?.

Remember you can contact our Support Team or the third party customer service for assistance.

Have a good one.

Hi @Redjut.  I moved your post to the third part integration forum, a better fit for your question.  I'm sorry, but I can't help you.  I don't use that app and don't know how it is supposed to work.  Is there a Nutracheck support page or FAQ page that answers your question?
