@rickycastro Make sure you've tried all the steps in this help article to get your Thermos connected properly. If that still doesn't work, you can contact Thermos for assistance.
Best AnswerI also just purchased the 60.00 Thermos Smart Lid bottle. The Thermos and the corresponding app work fine. The water intake will not sync over to my fitbit app. If I log out of my fitbit app then log back in then the water intake shows up. I have tried all of the options listed on both companies web sites, to no avail. I have spoken to fitbit who simply says "sign out and back in", which should not be required. I have called Themos and left a message for a call back....two days later still waiting.
Getting no where.

@rickycastro As I previously mentioned, the steps in this help article should help to get your Thermos connected properly. If that still doesn't work, you should contact Thermos for assistance. They offer support for their products.
Best AnswerFor those of you still having issues. I went through all the step and all that other jazz. Here's what fixed it for me. I suggest you try it. Go to: https://www.fitbit.com/user/profile/apps# then revoke access for the Thermos Smart Lid. Go into your fitbit app on your phone, profile, firbit setup, profile, then tap Deathorize. Next go back on screen and make sure "Enable Fitbit" is turned off. Then close the app on your phone.
Go back into the app and re-enable Fitbit in the Thermos app. Log back in and give access to Thermos to access your Fitbit. Fill up the bottle full, sync it in the Thermos app. Quickly empty the bottle and sync the progress again in your Thermos app. Give it a minute and reload the fitbit app and you should see it syncing again.
Worked for me so hopefully it'll work for you too.

Best AnswerOk, I got mine to start syncing again.
1. Revoke Access in the dashboard via the web browser.
2. Delete Both Thermos App & FitBit App on my Phone (iOS)
3. Restart Phone.
4. Reinstall Both Apps.
5. Log into fit Bit app.
6. Open Thermos App and reset up your Bottle/Smart Lid.
7. Once the thermos app is properly connected to the fitbit app. Fill your bottle. Pour the contents out in segments as if you were sipping. Once empty, refill bottle.
8. The thermos app shoul show a full bottle with 24oz consumed. After a minute or so, this should have synced to the fit bit app. Mine did not!
I NEEDED TO QUIT THE FITBIT APP ON MY PHONE AND REOPEN IT TO SEE THE WATER CONSUMPTION.
I repeated the filling and empting of the bottle sevarl times and I need TO QUIT THE FITBIT APP ON MY PHONE AND REOPEN IT everytime to see the FitBit app update my water consumption!
I am wondering if i even needed to do all the app reinstalling or did I just need to quit the app after every finished bottle.
Anyway, This worked for me.
THIS IS A PROBLEM WITH THE FITBIT APP, NOT THE THERMOS APP.
Moderator please pass this on to FitBit app developers.
I realize this is 4 yrs later, but there is no article today to assist getting my Thermos connected to my Fitbit.
Best AnswerI’ve had no help on this issue and had 3 failed charge 3s. On to a charge 4 now and don’t use the thermos. Annoyed that I couldn’t sync it anymore. Didn’t try with charge 4.
