Hello, I am trying to sync by weights with weightgrapher program, but i keep getting an error message..any ideas? I tried contacting their support also.

I too have tried to import my data into weightgrapher and get an error each time try to authorize their site to import data from fitbit.

 

Their support has not responded to my request.

 

I've found that https://trendweight.com/ is a nice alternative.
