Welcome to the Fitbit Community. @Frankett. I'll be glad to assist you to connect your Fitbit account to MyFitnessPal.
I understand how you feel. Let me help you out. To connect your accounts:
- Log in to your account on MyFitnessPal website.
- Find the section for connecting another account. This section is often called "Apps" or "Connect."
- Follow the on-screen instructions and log in to your Fitbit account when prompted.
You can check here and this post.
Please let me know if you need further assistance.

Hello:
I have the same issue.....I did exactly what you suggested to the above person. After doing this, I received this notice from FitBit:
Again, this message was returned after logging in and revoking MFP's access and trying to relink it.
"The app you're trying to connect did not provide valid information to Fitbit. Please report this issue to them.
Developer information: invalid_request - Missing parameters: client_id"
Assume its a bug....any info is appreciated.

The suggested fix doesn't work and reminds me of the regurgitated copypasta on Microsoft's help forum of running sfc /scannow that has never worked once in the history of Windows.
