Hi Everyone- I've merged several posts together.
Our team is currently aware that as of last Thursday, Withing scales users are unable to access the Withings link and may not be able to sync or setup their scale with Fitbit. We are working on a fix and hope to have it resolved soon. Thank you very much for your patience and reports.

Best Answer@MarreFitbit As has been posted on other questions, the generic "Third Party Integration" instructions don't apply to Whithings healthmate integration, as this isn't managed through the mobile apps, but is a custom integration from the FitBit website.
Previously this was managed from https://www.fitbit.com/weight/withings# however this page now returns a 404 not found error.

I have the exact same issue. The Withings support website had a note on Saturday that said they had a known connection issue, and it had been resolved. Despite that, it still does not work and I can't find any other information. None of the original connection links work anymore.

page had option to unlink my FitBit and Withings accounts eventhough weight had not auto-updated.
Do I also need to unlink, then relink my FitBit and Withings accounts?

i just opened the Fitbit app and noticed all the backlogged weigh-ins and my manual weight entries were in there. So happy this has been fixed, hopefully for everyone!

Can you explain what happened and how you will avoid similar failures in the future? It seems that historically the Withings link has been quite fragile and this seems like a good time to identify why and add regression tests to make sure it doesn’t happen again.

https://www.fitbit.com/weight/withings is back, but says my last sync was 10th Sept. I wonder when it'll catch up? And yeah, like everyone else, I'd love to know why this keeps happening every few months...

Hi everyone - we have a fix in place, please let me know if the issue has been resolved.
As to why this happens, I don't have an answer other than as a 3rd party product, when something changes on their end, and we don't know about it, it takes a bit of time to update on our end. Not the best answer or outcome, but that's what appears to happen.
