Updating steps on Weight Watchers app

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.
I just purchased my Fitbit charge HR today. My initial steps registered when I successfully synced the Fitbit with my Weight Watchers app. However, the steps aren't updating on my Weight Watchers app for activity points. The Fitbit is still successfully synced to my Weight Watchers app. Is there something I need to do to upload my steps? Or do they automatically convert at the end of the day at a specific time? Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you

@zumbazum Welcome to the Fitbit Community! The Weight Watchers app should update the steps and convert them in activity points or "PointsPlus" for you. If you see that the Weight Watchers app is not showing this data; I will recommend to contact them for further assistance.

The Weight Watchers app updated my fitbit steps this morning. Thank you for
your help! I wanted to make sure my 10,000+ steps from the first day
started me off on the right foot 🙂

@mell1974 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Yes, it is compatible! Follow the steps on the article on this post to get them connected. If you already did and nothing is happening, try to unlink them and then re link

Try that out and let me know if they connect! Smiley Happy
