I am an AllofUs research participant, and both dashboards show I am sharing data however, the AllofUs site does not show any of my FitBit data. They told me to contact FitBit.

I'd recommend you follow the instructions on How do I connect my Fitbit account with another app?. Also check this article, What should I know about using my Fitbit device with the All of Us Research Program?.
Some users usually find it useful to unpair and then pair both apps again to refresh the performance, if you already have them paired.
