@supagee Welcome to the Community. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried.

It's pretty weird that Fitbit and Strava aren't linking. I would like you to go to your Dashboard and then revoke access to Strava by doing the following:

  1. Tap the Today tab

, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Scroll down and tap Manage Data > Manage 3rd Party Apps.
  3. Log in to your Fitbit account.
  4. Tap Revoke Access to disconnect an app from your Fitbit account.

After this restart your phone and follow the linking procedure

Let me know how it goes.

When I visit https://strava.fitbit.com/ a few days after I have already clicked "Connect" I always get the ....prompt to "connect" (again).
However, I've come to understand that this is just a "display" bug, because in spite of that, my Fitbit sync to Strava works fine without issues (for GPS - enabled only activities), so in reality is is already connected.

I think you can get a more clear and real picture of what's happening if you visit https://www.fitbit.com/settings/applications . There you can see if Strava is really connected to Fitbit.

I'll be around if you need further assistance. 😀
